I just wanted to update you on Bailey; the dog you brought to me in Fort Myers on February 2.
She is amazing. Completely housetrained. I can leave her in the house and go to the store. Potty trained and already ready to take her therapy test, although we have to wait to one year old.
I’ve started finding a few places that will let me bring her in and everyone raves about her. She is intelligent, easy to train, and the perfect personality for a therapy dog.
We have been to a garden for autistic children and yesterday worked with some special needs kids at a physical therapy.

Hello Mike, Hope you and your family are enjoying the holiday season. It's been about 3 weeks and we wanted to offer an update on Max. He is absolutely the right puppy for our family. He has a wonderful relaxed temperament with a bit of a stubborn streak at times. Just like us. :-)
Max is definitely getting used to his new home and starting to explore a bit more - to the point that we have started using a leash when outdoors. He sleeps from 10pm-6am without whimpering or accidents. Although he has learned quite a few tricks (sit, down, come, fetch, paw), I think he still has a bit of work to do in getting our family fully trained to having a dog.

“Introducing Mia, the newest member of our family. When our school academic counselor encouraged us to consider getting a therapy dog that could go to college with Gretta I wasn’t exactly thrilled. To be honest, I was completely overwhelmed with the idea of finding a dog, funding this adventure and the responsibility it would entail.
When I started searching I became even more overwhelmed. Gretta’s diagnosis is PTSD. I found many resources for veterans but not much for a young adult. Service dogs are extremely expensive… we are talking anywhere from $10,000 - $50,000 depending on the needs of the owner. Ok, that was not an option for us, but I didn’t give up there.
I started searching for started dogs that we could continue to train on our own. I emailed MANY breeders from all over the U.S. and found one that made this experience a dream.
Golden Savannah is a breeder from Pennsylvania. Mike was so supportive asking lots of questions to help determine just the right pup for Gretta and her needs.
Mia is an English Retriever. She knows simple commands like sit, come, down, stay. She is potty trained and crate trained. She is amazingly smart and very gentle. She won our hearts immediately. Gretta has started puppy kindergarten and will continue to train Mia. Bethel allows service dogs in the classrooms and common areas of campus, but to get this level of certification will take time.
Now that we have Gretta’s pup I realize just how well Mindy Marie knows my daughter. I can see Gretta changing right before my eyes. She is more confident, she is more ambitious, she has a new purpose.
There are so many pieces to our health puzzle. It takes moving your body, eating the right foods, drinking your water, self care, rest, supplementation. There have been many pieces to the puzzle with Gretta’s anxiety. It has taken the pink drink, a really good probiotic, magnesium, multivitamin, omega, exercise, therapy, friendships, forgiveness, support, encouragement and now... a puppy!”

I’ve been meaning to send you an update on the male pup, Fletcher, we picked up on November 3rd. Fletcher is everything we were looking for… sweet, patient, laid back, smart. We’ve been attending weekly obedience and puppy enrichment classes since we brought him home.
In March we’ll begin CGC. He’s eager to please and catches on quickly. He’s also quick to try new equipment at class. Fletcher is such a great dog. We’re so thankful he’s part of our family!

It's been 2 1/2 years since we brought Pippa home to our family and couldn't be happier with her disposition from day one. Pippa is meek, smart, sweet and eager to please and has made everyone in our family including those who come and visit happier every single day. She has added so much joy and relaxation to our house that often I feel she should be a therapy dog.

Hope all is well and you and your family enjoyed a wonderful summer! I wanted to send you some updated pics of our summer with Odin. He's been the best addition to our family and we couldn't love him any more! He's growing like crazy - already almost 60 lbs and just short of 6 months. People always comment on how well-behaved and mild mannered he is which makes us proud parents. There have even been multiple times where people have pulled over on the side of the road as we're going for walks to tell us how beautiful he is!
And our friends and family love him just as much as we do! They all jump at an opportunity to babysit Odin if Andrew and I are going out of town.
He's just finished his second round of training classes and has made lots of doggy friends and definitely captured the heart of our trainer. She also breeds Goldens here in Massachusetts and has a special connection with Odin.
He gets to go to work with Andrew everyday and meet lots of people (and dogs!) while riding in the truck to different work sites, which he seems to enjoy a lot. I guess he feels like one of the boys :)He's our little shadow and we can't wait to make more memories with him this winter!All the best,

Excellent first time experience. Mike and his wife made the process a delight for me and my 4 children; Adelina (now Arya) has been a delight. The seller continued to follow-up after the sale: checking on the puppy and even offering advice. I would highly recommend this seller and I wish him luck going forward as a breeder.

Our little Simba is everything we could’ve asked for. I have been meaning to write this email for some time now. We wanted to express our gratitude for allowing us the opportunity to own such a special dog. She is much more than a pet, she is a part of our family. Although it's been almost a year, it seems like only yesterday we were bringing her home. We are SO happy with our experience getting Sunny from Golden Savannah. We love her so much! Mike was really great to work with. He sent us pictures and videos along the way, and followed up after we brought her home, just checking in. She has been home with us for three weeks now and she is an amazing dog! At her first vet visit everyone was blown away by her good manners and she had a perfect checkup. We get stopped on walks because people want to tell us how sweet she is and how beautiful she is! ‘English Cream Pups’ is the Best!!! Our dog is now 18 months old and is everything we hoped he would be for an English Cream. I want to express our gratitude for such an awesome dog! Everyone is so impressed with his quiet manner. He does not jump on people but sits in front of them:). His training is continuing and he only had one accident on the first night he was here; he has a 100% potty record. Of course we watch when he eats and drinks and keep him in close sight. He has slept 7-8 hours in the crate every night!
The vet was very impressed with him. His body composition is perfect; he was fed and exercised correctly and has obviously had gentle, loving and positive care and socialization. My vet asked for your name and website because he will pass it on to other clients. He thinks he would be a good therapy dog. I recently adopted Graciella Godiva Prime Ballerina (Gracie) from Mike and Julia of English Cream Pups. She is a beautiful puppy born to ‘My Little Friend Sherlock’ (Sherlock) and ‘Victoria’s Secret Daisy Flower’ (Daisy). As with all of Mike’s dogs, Gracie comes from an exceptional line of champions and distinguished pedigree. Gracie had already started training when I brought her home and knew many basic commands. I have done a considerable amount of searching and found Mike’s dogs to be some of the finest available here in the states. They are not only beautiful in appearance and have outstanding personalities and pedigrees, but most importantly they come from very healthy lines. These truly are premium quality dogs. We recently picked up our new member of our family two weeks ago and we could not have expected a better experience. Mike and his family were very caring and affectionate with the pups and you could clearly tell that they were brought up in a healthy environment with mom and dad both present. During the process, Mike kept an open line of communication with us in regards to vet checkups as well as follow ups. Our Cooper is now 15 weeks and he is perfect! He has an amazing demeanor and is so calm and friendly. We are constantly stopped and asked about him and he always has top marks at the vet! He will definitely be a big boy and a cuddler, exactly what we wanted. He cried for only a short amount of time in his crate the very first night and we haven't heard anything since, besides the snoring :) He loves his crate and sleeps through the night.
